I will have to name this one "cloudy day" It is normal to have grey sky in Southeast Alaska but it makes this silk feel like it is still winter! I think I need to get away to a warm and sunny place so I can more authentically paint spring! As always I have my list of what is not right or that I would like to improve on...but over all I am very happy with this 4'x6'piece. I have a plan for it that needs to be secret for now!
the sky might be grey....but the place looks inviting....can we go there? and.....I think it is just about sunrise where-ever-this-is....

4' x 6', that makes it exciting too! Love the bright orange-red against the blue-green.
