More scarves

Yesterday I did three more scarves so Joellen would not have to run the steamer with just one scarf in it. She is so sweet....she would spend her time steaming when she really needs to be getting ready for the bazaar on Saturday! I forgot to take a picture of the third scarf. The center of this scarf is more of an olive green. The white stuff is rock salt, it makes for wonderful patterns.

Kirk does not like how I left the centers a blank palette so I promised that if they do not sell I will put a second layer on them. A fish print would be fun. We would have to hunt for a small fish, the scarves are 22x60. He also gave me the "your value as an artist is not determined by how many things sell at the bazaar" lecture. Then the value of the scarf (art) is not determined by if it sells or not. He is so good at looking out for me.
The center of the blue scarf is patterned using alcohol.

I was inspired to do a photo book by Christina...so this is what I have been doing to procrastinate...instead of getting ready for the bazaar!!! They are not finished...I just wanted to share! Have a great day...
