Snow dye take 2

Yesterday I put dye on two more 2yd pieces of cotton.
I watered down my blue and grape to try for a pastel blue...Therefore my green that I was after is also muted! I used very little fushia (less than 1/8 cup) on the green one. I am amazed at how it strikes and will not play nice!

True to Southeast form, by the time I was collecting snow for this batch, it had begun to rain. This morning there is just a skiff of snow left between the weeds. I should have tried collecting snow and putting it in the freezer to use later! I can see it now..Hubby opens freezer, shocked at what he does not find...his BAIT!
