My mom invented a new skeeter-hat for those days when the no-see-ums will not stay out of your hair. Personally I like the stuff that causes birth defects...DEET. We hiked (52 stairs plus trail) into High Bush Lake on the last sunny day.

There is a lot of water this year, large round drops hanging on the foliage and grasses.
Any time I can get a picture of a bug I feel like I have really accomplished something! Hope the sun is shining on You.
